We all know people like this – they’re at least in their sixties, yet they radiate the kind of energy you’d expect from someone twenty years younger. What’s their secret? Maybe good genetics, maybe healthy habits – and probably both. But perhaps they also know which compounds may help slow the ageing of their cells. We looked into it for you and created a unique synergistic formula from the most proven ones.
LifeCharge at a glance
-
Who it’s for: for adults who want to actively help prevent loss of vitality – ideally when they already have sleep, exercise, and nutrition well in place and are looking for an additional layer of support.
-
What it’s for: as part of a long-term routine focused on healthy ageing, cell protection, and maintaining life energy; not as a solution to an acute problem.
-
When to take it: 1–3 capsules daily in the morning or at midday, ideally with food.
-
What it contains: 1,032 mg calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (Ca-AKG), 150 mg trans-resveratrol, 99 mg fisetin, 90 mg dihydroquercetin, and 2.10 mg vitamin E in the recommended daily dose of three capsules.
-
What not to expect from it: this is not a “pick-me-up” with an immediate energising effect. It also does not replace healthy habits – it works best alongside enough movement, quality sleep, and a balanced diet.
A few capsules closer to slower ageing
In an effort to stop ageing, you can turn your life upside down, dive into biohacking, and anxiously track every biomarker. But that may well just give you more wrinkles. Ageing cannot be stopped. What we can do, however, is slow the onset of its signs. And in a much more ordinary way: through quality sleep, movement, a balanced diet, stress management, and other healthy habits.
Only on top of these foundations does it make sense to add further layers – such as quality supplements with well-researched ingredients that may help influence processes linked to cellular ageing over the long term.
When it comes to ageing, it helps to stay ahead
It is better to prevent the signs of ageing than to try to reverse them later. Food supplements such as LifeCharge are therefore not primarily designed to address an acute issue. Its purpose is to become part of a long-term routine at a time when there is nothing urgent to solve yet.
In the ideal scenario, it comes into the picture when…
…you’re around forty, with work, family, maybe a mortgage. You take your car in for regular servicing, your insurance is sorted, and you’re putting some money aside for retirement. But if someone asks what you’re doing to feel just as well ten years from now as you do today, the answer is no longer so clear.
…or you already have a well-established lifestyle. You sleep reasonably well, move regularly, eat fairly well, and know that health is not built on a single miracle product. Still, you’re starting to wonder what more you can do for long-term vitality.
…or you’re simply tired of the number of supplements. One with antioxidants, another for a boost, a third because you read an interesting study about it. Suddenly you have several jars at home and have to think through what to take and when.
But you don’t have to. One thoughtfully designed comprehensive formula is enough.

What actually happens in the body during ageing?
When choosing a longevity supplement, there is one thing to understand: ageing begins in the cells. And it starts there even before it becomes visible on the outside.
As we age, cells become less efficient not only at producing energy, but also at clearing out waste, so damaged structures begin to accumulate inside them. Some cells even enter so-called senescence – a state in which they no longer divide but remain in the tissues. If too many build up, they may affect the function of surrounding cells and create an environment that supports the development of various pathological changes.
Cells also face oxidative stress – a state in which the amount of free radicals exceeds the body’s capacity to neutralise them. If elevated over the long term, it may contribute to damage to cellular structures and the development of lifestyle-related diseases.
There are many more processes that contribute to ageing. That is why it cannot be switched off with a single “miracle” ingredient.
What is LifeCharge?
LifeCharge is a comprehensive food supplement designed for long-term support of vitality and healthy ageing. In one thoughtfully designed formula, it combines five active ingredients:
|
Ingredient |
Amount in 3 capsules |
What we know about it |
|---|---|---|
|
Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (Ca-AKG) |
1,032 mg |
A substance naturally present in the body that takes part in cellular metabolism. Animal research has shown potential for Ca-AKG to influence both lifespan and quality of life. |
|
Trans-resveratrol |
150 mg |
An active form of polyphenol naturally found, for example, in grape skins. It is being studied in connection with healthy ageing and protection of cells from oxidative stress. |
|
Fisetin |
99 mg |
A plant flavonoid being studied for its senolytic potential – that is, its ability to support the selective removal of senescent (ageing) cells. |
|
Dihydroquercetin |
90 mg |
A plant flavonoid with antioxidant properties. It is being studied in connection with protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting the body’s overall vitality. |
|
Vitamin E |
2.10 mg |
An antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain cellular stability. |
LifeCharge is also caffeine-free, suitable for vegans, and free from gluten, GMO, preservatives, and major allergens.
Ca-AKG: cellular energy and metabolism
Alpha-ketoglutarate is a natural part of metabolism and plays an important role in the Krebs cycle, one of the main processes through which cells produce energy. With age, however, its levels decline.
It has also attracted scientists’ attention in connection with ageing. In a study published in Cell Metabolism, ageing mice received Ca-AKG in their food. The animals showed a longer lifespan (by approximately 12%) and a delayed onset of frailty and other signs of ageing.
Even though this was a mouse study and we cannot automatically assume the same results in humans, the research revealed a potential link between ageing processes and well-functioning metabolism, in which Ca-AKG is demonstrably involved.
Trans-resveratrol: support for cellular protection and healthy ageing
Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol found, for example, in grape skins. It is one of the most studied compounds in the field of healthy ageing – mainly because of its possible effects on oxidative stress, inflammatory processes, and other cellular mechanisms linked to ageing. It is also associated with activation of SIRT1 – an enzyme nicknamed the “longevity gene”.
But don’t be misled. The word “resveratrol” on labels often hides an extract or an inactive isomer. That is why LifeCharge contains active trans-resveratrol, the form most commonly studied in scientific research.
Fisetin: when cells need clearing out
Fisetin is a natural flavonoid found, for example, in strawberries. In laboratory experiments and animal models, fisetin supported the removal of certain senescent cells that no longer function optimally. In old mice, its administration led to improvements in some health markers and an extension of lifespan.
Dihydroquercetin and vitamin E: additional antioxidants in the picture
Dihydroquercetin, also known as taxifolin, is a flavonoid obtained among other sources from larch. It complements the formula with another polyphenol with antioxidant properties. Together with vitamin E, it contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.

What LifeCharge is not
LifeCharge contains no caffeine or other stimulants. It is not meant to “give you a boost” within half an hour, rescue you after a sleepless night, or squeeze the last drops of energy out of you.
Its purpose is to bring into your daily routine compounds that may help you maintain long-term freshness and help your cells function optimally even at an age when they naturally begin to lose efficiency.
How to take LifeCharge?
The recommended dose is 1–3 capsules daily, ideally in the morning or at midday and with food.
It is better to avoid taking it in the evening – because even though it is not an “instant pick-me-up”, in more sensitive individuals it may have a mildly stimulating effect.
When can you expect the first changes?
First week
In the first few days, you may subjectively notice fewer energy fluctuations, and above all the good feeling that you have started taking systematic care of your vitality.
First month
After several weeks of regular use, the effect may become more noticeable – for example in the form of steadier energy, better tolerance of physical and mental strain, or the feeling that you still have more left in the tank after a demanding day.
Three months
The combination of selected ingredients provides long-term support for overall vitality and resilience.
Six months and more
LifeCharge helps you handle a demanding pace over the long term. It contributes to protecting cells from everyday damage and wear, and helps you actively care for good physical condition into the future.
Changes appear gradually, but compared to stimulants they may be much more sustainable. However, if you are not satisfied, you can make use of the 90-day money-back guarantee.
Age more slowly and stay in shape for longer – a daily longevity complex for your vitality and whole-body wellbeing
Who is it for – and who is it not for?
LifeCharge is tailored to people who already understand that the health of our future self is decided long before any problem appears.
Typically, this may be someone around 35–55 who:
-
wants to care for vitality and healthy ageing over the long term,
-
already has sleep and movement relatively well in place,
-
does not want to wait for the first health issue,
-
is interested in longevity but is not a strict biohacker,
-
is looking for one comprehensive formula instead of several separate supplements,
-
does not want a stimulant or caffeinated drink,
-
is willing to invest in long-term self-care.
LifeCharge is not, however, a substitute for the basics of a healthy lifestyle. If you sleep five hours a day, hardly move, eat a very poor-quality diet long term, and live under chronic stress, it is not reasonable to expect that three capsules a day will solve it.
And if you take medication – especially blood thinners – it is advisable to consult a doctor before using LifeCharge .
What does the research say?
- Ca-AKG and lifespan (2020)
A study published in the prestigious journal Cell Metabolism looked at the effects of Ca-AKG in ageing mice. The result was an extended lifespan in females (by approximately 12%) and an extension of healthspan that is, the time spent living in good health in both sexes (by 41–46%).
- Trans-resveratrol and SIRT1 activation (2023)
In a randomised study of 97 older adults with type 2 diabetes, six months of taking 1000 mg of resveratrol daily led to an increase in total antioxidant capacity and SIRT1 levels, a protein associated with the regulation of cellular processes and healthy ageing.
- Fisetin and senescence (2018)
Researchers identified fisetin as the most promising senotherapeutic candidate – in mice, it was able to reduce the number of certain senescent (ageing) cells. Over long-term observation, it also improved some health markers and extended lifespan.
FAQ
- Is LifeCharge something like an energy drink?
No. It contains no caffeine or conventional stimulants. Its goal is not a short-term boost, but long-term support for vitality and processes linked to healthy ageing.
- Can I take LifeCharge in the evening?
This is not recommended, especially for more sensitive individuals, due to possible though very mild stimulating effects. Taking it in the morning or at midday is more suitable.
- Does LifeCharge extend life?
Such an effect has not been demonstrated in humans. However, it contains a meaningful combination of ingredients that appear very promising in research focused on the mechanisms of cellular ageing.
- How long should I take it?
LifeCharge is designed as a long-term part of your routine, not as a short course for a specific problem.
- Can I combine it with other supplements?
It depends on the specific combination. If you take multiple supplements or medications, it is a good idea to monitor their overall composition and any overlaps. Particular attention should be paid to the use of blood-thinning medication.
- Does it make sense to start LifeCharge even if I feel healthy?
That is exactly when it makes the most sense. It focuses on optimal cell function, which is worth supporting over the long term. At the same time, it does not replace the basics – quality sleep, movement, a varied diet, and an overall healthy lifestyle.
- How much does it cost and how does the subscription work?
One pack of LifeCharge contains 90 capsules. So if you choose the highest recommended dosage, you have exactly a 30-day supply.
To make sure you don’t suddenly realise after a month that you have nothing left for tomorrow, you can choose a practical monthly or three-month subscription at checkout, which reduces the original price of CZK 2,390 by up to 15%. New supplies will then arrive automatically at your chosen interval, so you do not have to remember to reorder. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do I really have to pay this much?
NOZONO supplements are not designed to be as cheap as possible, but to meet a premium standard in every detail. One daily dose of LifeCharge costs CZK 79.70 – the kind of amount many of us would spend on a large cappuccino without thinking twice.
In return, you get a comprehensive formula in a high-quality glass jar that replaces four to five individual supplements. And in amounts supported by scientific studies and in forms the body can truly use.
A complete longevity supplement system for healthy ageing, stable energy, quality sleep, a sharp mind, and strong immunity – 6 products.
Healthy ageing is not a last-minute project
You do not have to wait for the first wrinkles, a loss of fitness, or the first health issue. Just ask yourself one simple question: How do I want to function ten years from now?
If the answer is “just as well as today – or even better,” then it makes sense to move toward healthy ageing – perhaps with the help of LifeCharge – today already. Because some things are worth addressing before they become a problem.
