We ship orders within 24 hours on business days. We deliver to 15 European countries with GLS, PPL, DHL and Packeta.

Shipping is free with a subscription – in every country and with every delivery method.
Delivery takes 1–2 business days in Czechia and usually 2–6 business days abroad, depending on the country and the carrier you choose.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as we hand the parcel over to the carrier, we send you an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. All shipping prices include VAT; in countries with a different currency they are converted at the current rate and shown at checkout.
