Whether you’re dealing with cramps, stress, or poor-quality sleep, you’ll likely hear the same advice from experts: try magnesium. But pharmacies and e-shops offer it in what feels like ten different forms – citrate, bisglycinate, malate, oxide, threonate… How do you make sense of it all, and which type of magnesium should you choose to get the most from it?
Magnesium is not just for cramps
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the human body. It takes part in hundreds of enzymatic reactions and is essential for:
